Home Lot Development
TMG builds custom houses on our lot or yours. We currently have land available in the Norton area or can help you locate a suitable building lot. We work closely with our Engineers and Land Development professionals to ensure your home project goes smoothly and meets all the local codes and regulations.
Design
We can work with your plans or our Architects can create a custom plan to your specifications. Either way, we will ensure that your home will be built to the highest quality standards, using state-of-the-art materials and energy efficient construction techniques.
Process
Building a custom home requires a lot of planning and a lot of follow through. There are regulatory, monetary, legal, environmental, engineering and construction requirements to consider and deal with, and following a tried and true process to keep all of the details straight and in order is critical.
